On August 31st, the convection section module of 140A/B coking heating furnace of Russia Lukoil DCU Project was hoisted in place. The successful hoisting of the module makes the project team take a solid step towards the top closing construction of the heating furnace, and paves a favorable working front for the subsequent installation of steel structure frame of heating furnace and process pipeline construction. The modular construction of heating furnace is the top priority among the field construction activities. In view of the tight construction period, the project team has continuously optimized and improved the construction scheme of the two heating furnaces, solved many problems in the critical routes, such as transportation and lifting, safety management, quality control and efficiency promotion in the construction process, so as to ensure the safe, high-quality and efficient promotion of the modular construction of the heating furnace.
