On 6 p.m. 11th June, converter of 1.8 million ton/y methyl alcohol steam reforming device of Yanchang Zhongmei Jingbian energy and chemical industry has been dried and ignited once successfully; this meant the whole line of methyl alcohol technological process has been connected and methyl alcohol steam reforming device was started commissioning; and this made a sound foundation for producing qualified purification methyl alcohol.
In the whole technological process of methyl alcohol, converteris the core equipment and its temperature can reach up to 900 ℃. Company’s staff collaborated with Owner, inspector and main contractor, constructed scientifically; they overcome the difficult construction of methyl alcohol special technological process and finished each construction node successfully.
