CC7 Signed Gabon Fertilizer Project over 400 Million

On October 14th, CC7, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) of Japan, Gabon Fertilizer Company (GFC) and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) successfully signed Gabon Fertilizer Project, with a contract amount of 415 million dollars. After the completion of the project, the daily production capacity will be 3850 tons of urea and 2200 tons of synthetic ammonia.

The project is located in Port Gentil, Gabon. The owners are Gabon Fertilizer Company (GFC) and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). CC7 and Mitsubishi Heavy Industry (MHI) form a consortium to sign EPC contract, which undertakes part of the design and the entire construction work of ammonia plant, urea plant, urea granulation plant and related off-site facilities and utilities. The total construction period of the project is 47.5 months (including the design period).
