At Dec. 14 afternoon, Russia TAF project department reformer was ignited once successfully which meant installation and pre-commissioning work of synthesis ammonia conversion area are finished and oven work of reformer system was started officially; this is a milestone victory of TAF project and it made a solid foundation for next commissioning and machine complete on March 31,2015.
Synthetic ammonia device is the core device of TAF project and reformer is the core device of Synthetic ammonia device.
Reformer oven system contains first and second process reformer, gas transportation pipe and ignition equipment and pipe. Construction contains civil work, steel structure, non-standard manufacture and installation, equipment installation, constructing furnace, pipe and electric instrument.
