It was learned on November 9th that China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven Middle East LLC (hereinafter referred to as “CC7 Middle East LLC”) and Sun Tour Group successfully signed the contract of Suntour Square Project, with the contract amount of 270 million yuan and construction period of 18 months. Suntour Square Project is located in Dubai International City, covering an area of about 10,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 50,000 square meters. It is composed of two 9-storey buildings in the north and south. Each building has street shops, parking floors, 7-storey residential apartments and shared business center. There are 242 sets of residential apartments with a total commercial area of about 6,000 square meters. After completion, the project will become the most high-end comprehensive real estate project in Dubai international urban area, integrating residence, leisure and business.
