At 2:00 pm on January 6th (local time), heating furnace H-201 was successfully ignited in one time in Russian Deep Conversion Complex Project (DCC), laying the foundation for the subsequent commissioning of hydrocatalytic cracking unit -- the core unit and also heralding follow-up systems of the unit back end will be put into operation soon. The total weight of the heating furnace is 1355 tons, and the maximum height is 80 meters. Since the start of construction on November 28th, 2018, CC7 has implemented construction work for all disciplines such as furnace proper installation, refractory work, steel structure, piping, electrical, instrument, painting, and insulation works. The mechanical completion has been archived on March 27th, 2020 as per schedule, which lasted 486 days. Currently, punch killing and pre-commissioning work for relevant systems of heating furnace has been completed.
