At forenoon 10th June, a maneuver that rescuing working staff who was trapped at high place was hold by Xinjiang Xinye project department at the site of technology heat supply outer tube and total 40 staff attended and watched this maneuver.
After the maneuver was finished, project manager Du Qingquan commented and appraised this maneuver. He said that the procedure of the maneuver is reasonable, connection is tight, the rescue method is scientific and reasonable; participating personnel could cooperate with each other and coordinate positively to rescue in time so that the purpose of this maneuver was achieved.
