Vice President Shao Chengwang conducted an inspection visit to Xinjiang Zhongan Xinzi Project to guide works during April 2nd and 3rd, accompanied by general manager of Xinjiang Branch Qiao Zhiming, and met with CITIC ZHENGYE Chairman Liu Ming and his team.
On the morning of April 2nd, Shao met with Li Xinghui, general manager of Zhongan Xinzi, they communicated deeply on the project’s funds and subsequent implementation matters. Li, on behalf of Zhongan Xinzi expressed his gratitude to CC7’s great support to the project, introduced the solution plan and implementation status in detail. He hoped that the project could be restarted once the fund problem be resolved and the works including LNG tanks installation, underground network, steel structure, road in plant and building finish works can be completed according to the latest schedules, and the overall target of project completion and put into production can be achieved.
“It is our mutual wish that the project proceeds smoothly. We hope that the project shall promote fund raising at a fast pace, confirm the timeline of payable and loan fund in place. The project team will organize the resumption of work and subsequent construction based on the funding status to ensure that the milestones of project go ahead as per schedule. At the same time, we should enhance mutual trust and establish a good relationship through execution of this project, so as to solid foundation for long-term cooperation,” Shao said.
