CC7 Holds 2021 Mid-Year Business and Financial Work Sessions

2021 half-year business and financial work sessions were held at the headquarters from July 29th to 30th. The Party Secretary of CC7 Su Fuqiang, Chairman Long Haiyang and General Manager Wang Dalin attended the meeting and made important speeches. The sessions were chaired by Hu Yongqi, Level-2 consultant of the company.

Deputy General Manager Shao Chengwang made a report on “Staying Realistic and Pragmatic, Forging Ahead with Determination, Making Tireless Efforts to Fully Complete the 2021 Business Goals and Tasks”. It is summarized in the report that the completion of the company's key business tasks for the first half of the year from the perspective of major economic indicators, domestic and overseas market layout, project management, deepening reforms and basic management.Besides, an in-depth analysis against the main problems in the business activities is given in the aspect of domestic and overseas business, project management, and the business capabilities of domestic branches. The work of the second half of the year was arranged and deployed in five aspects: ensuring the completion of the newly signed goals and set tasks, continuously deepening project management, enhancing branches and subsidiaries’ business capabilities, and ensuring the continuous improvement of development quality.

General Manager Wang Dalin conveyed the spirit of the seminar of CNCEC’s responsible persons to study and implement the spirit of Xi’s important speech on July 1st, emphasizing conscientious implementation, accountability establishment, omissions identification and deviations correction to ensure the successful completion of company’s business goals in 2021. Wang Dalin, on behalf of management team, gave detailed answers to questions raised at the sessions.

Chairman Long Haiyang delivered an important speech at the meeting. He called for all members to, firstly, be firmly confident and go all out to ensure the completion of the annual business tasks; secondly, pay close attention to the implementation of works and comprehensively improve the execution at all levels; thirdly, strengthen risk management to ensure the sustainable and healthy development; fourthly, strive forward with one heart and mind and a big resolve to drive the transformation and upgrading of the company through unswerving promotion of investment and financing; fifthly, deepen the win-win concept and create excellent global resource integration capabilities; sixthly, bolster communication management and ensure successful execution of every project under construction; seventhly, properly plan and manage the project to truly keep it under control; eighthly, focus on cost control and benefit from precision & meticulous management; finally,  duly utilize 7PMS to promote standardization, scientific, digitization and transparency management of the company.
