It was learned on December 14 that China Association of Construction Enterprise Management released a winners list of National Quality Engineering Award 2020-2021. Yili Xintian 2 billion M3/Y Coal-to-Natural Gas Project, in which the most important part -- methane unit plant was undertaken by CC7, won the Gold Award.
The project is located in Bayandai Town, Yining city, Xinjiang, covering an area of 495 acres. So far, it is the world's largest single coal-to-natural gas project which has been completed and put into operation, and also a national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" coal deep processing demonstration project. With its advanced technology, the plant is a front-runner in terms of various indicators in the same industry, and is at the top of the international level in respect of energy conversion efficiency of the factory, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product, and the raw coal consumption per unit product. The project was successfully feed and commissioned in one time, by which set a record for the shortest time required for feeding and commissioning of qualified natural gas in domestic coal-to-gas industry. During construction, CC7 has implemented comprehensive quality management, carefully planned the optimum plan, detailed management objectives, strengthened the implementation of responsibilities, and realized each optimum target finally.
