On December 27th, the ZONE-3 of Dubai's ACT1 and ACT2 projects, checked and accepted by Dubai government as planned, was awarded the BCC (Building Completion Certificate) certificate, and successfully delivered to the owner EMAAR.

There are 4 basements in ZONE-3 with a construction area of 18,645 square meters approximately, serving as underground parking lot primarily and then an important node connecting to the underground vehicle passage network in the center of Dubai. The project team’s main tasks in Zone-3 including construction of structural, decoration, electrical and mechanical installation, parking space, green landscape, surface roads and traffic diversion facilities, etc.
