On January 18, under the joint witness of the owner, the supervision company and representatives of the project team, with the final concrete pouring in place, the capping of circulation water station’s main structure for Hainan Fine Chemical Industry Project Phase II completed.

The circulation water station, consisting of 2 priming reservoirs and 3 cooling towers respectively, is the largest single unit, among which the cooling tower, with a total length of 121.6 meters, width of 24.0 meters and height of 16.9 meters, poses a high risk and challenge and falls into the definition of super-critical large-scale work.

The work was started from July, 2021, and the node goal set by the owner was successfully completed after half a year, during which the Company’s management and the Owner has given concern and support, and the project team has firmly insisted on the main concept of safe work all along to organize magnificently, to plan scientifically, to prepare and demonstrate the specific method statement for the work, to arrange construction work reasonably, to overcome severe weather such as high temperature and typhoon and rainy seasons.
