January 16th, the R1013 Corridor-Double Deck Road on Cornice Street Package 2D in Dubai as it was successfully completed and officially put into use, it was highly praised and affirmed by the Sheikh of Dubai-Mr. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the owner Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai and the supervision -American Parsons Overseas Co., Ltd..

The R1013 project is located in Al Shindagha, with a longest history which is also the hometown of the 8th Sheikh of Dubai. In order to revitalize the economic development, improve the old infrastructure, and increase the traffic capacity, the sheikh of Dubai approved the project plan in 2018，with 5 stages and a total length of 13 kilometers, the project connects four main roads across the sea. It is an important passage connecting the old city of Deira and the new city of Dubai. The project is the key "connection" in the upgrade plan. It innovatively adopts the "short-line segment beam prefabrication assembly" technology, which is the first and only infrastructure project in the UAE. The new technology is more environmental, the construction progress is smoother and faster, and the noise is lower, which greatly improves the production efficiency and project quality while saving man-hours and costs. It is named Bridge Industrialization 3.0 Technology.
