On September 15, Xie Kun, General Manager of CC7 Russian Branch and Andrei Bondarenko, Project Manager of the Owner, signed a preliminary contract for Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrocracking Unit And Heavy Coking Gas Oil (HCU VGO), a Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU), HCU Closed Flare System and HPU-2 in Moscow. Huang Anbin, Administrative Assistant General Manager and Liu Changzhou, Deputy General Manager of CC7 Russia branch attended the ceremony meeting.

The GPN Moscow Refinery is the main fuel supplier in Moscow. Since receiving the Letter of Acceptance on July 29, with the strong support of CC7 headquarters, the Russian branch mobilized manpower, machinery and other resources required for the early stage of the project, which effectively guaranteed the preliminary preparations.

Xie Kun, Huang Anbin, Liu Changzhou and the owner’s project team had an in-depth exchange of views on the next key works after the meeting.
