On July 1, commencement ceremony of Russia Sibur ZAPSIB-2 polyethylene project was held at construction site as schedule.
ZAPSIB-2 project is a world-class petrochemical project and it is located in the petrochemical base of Tobolsk of Russia federation Tyumen Oblast; it includes 800,000t/y linear Low/high density gas phase polyethylene devices and 700,000t/y high density polyethylene devices. When it was finished, it would be the largest polymer production complex in Russia.
The successfully perform of this project would settle a foundation for entering the Siberia oil company market and it made a channel for whole entering Russia petrochemical market.
