At 11:30 on November 7, CC7 and McDermott (CB&I) signed the general construction contract for the Russia LUKOIL Delayed Coking Project of Euro 180 Million in Moscow.

The project is located in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. The project owner is Russia LUKOIL Company, and the general contractor is McDermott (CB&I). The scope of the contract is general contracting and main material procurement.
