In order to promote CC7’s medium and long-term development strategy of “three-year and five-year plan, ten-year and thirty-year vision”, comprehensively deepen the reform and innovate the management system, as of September 15th, CC7’s Xi’an Regional Business Center, Hangzhou Regional Business Center, Haikou Regional Business Center and Wuhan Regional Business Center were officially operated in succession. The four regional business centers will face the market challenges with a new aspect and open up the business situation of CC7 in each regional market. Shao Chengwang, deputy general manager of CC7, put forward five requirements for each regional business center: firstly, it is necessary to deeply cultivate the central area market, give full play to the initiative of innovation, and be based on the localized management concept. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the regional market research, expand the regional market, improve the management network, seize the development opportunities of domestic major cycle, and actively serve the national strategy. Thirdly, it is necessary to actively connect with the local governments and platform companies, strengthen seeking of key customers, and implement and deploy the planning, organization and implementation of major business activities in the region. Fourthly, it is necessary to organize the regular training for operation personnel, continuously improve the professional ability, and create a high-quality and high-level business team. Fifthly, it is necessary to actively report to headquarters the market competition situation in the central area, and obtain headquarters’ better support and help.
