On the afternoon of September 16th, a pre-appointment talk meeting for the general manager of the new comprehensive branch was held at CC7’s headquarters. Su Fuqiang, the Party committee secretary and board chairman of CC7, Wu kaicai, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Li Ke, head of Organization Department of the Party committee, Qu Huili, head of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department, and eight new general managers of the comprehensive branch attended the meeting. Su Fuqiang, the Party committee secretary and board chairman of CC7, put forward four requirements for the new cadres on behalf of the Party committee of CC7. It’s practical to do a good job in the prevention and control of overseas epidemic situation, orderly work resumption, complete the political task of business activity objectives, expand the domestic market, and strive to complete the established objectives and tasks of business activity. Secondly, it’s necessary to strengthen the theoretical study, conscientiously study the political theoretical knowledge, and persist in arming the mind with new ideas, guiding practice and promoting work. At the same time, it’s necessary to strengthen the study of professional knowledge, rules and regulations, take the lead in maintaining the implementation of various systems, improve the ability to perform their duties and responsibilities, and constantly realize the management innovation and system innovation. Thirdly, it’s necessary to keep breaking new ground and take responsibility. The head of the comprehensive branch is the backbone force of CC7, who must be responsible, good at acting, take the lead in setting an example, dare to be the first, and carry forward the spirit of daring to fight and overcome difficulties. Fourthly, it’s necessary to be honest and self-cultivation, strictly abide by the rules, pay attention to loyalty in politics, obedience in organization, and discipline in action. It’s practical to earnestly perform the “double responsibilities of one post”, manage the affairs of people around us, and create a good environment for the healthy development of CC7. Su Fuqiang stressed that the head of the comprehensive branch should attach great importance to the business activities, take practical measures, strive to expand the domestic market, further promote the fine management, continuously improve the project efficiency, unite and lead the members of the team and the majority of employees to strive to complete the business activities’ tasks and indicators issued by CC7, and constantly make the comprehensive branch stronger, better and bigger, and hand over the satisfactory answers to CC7’s Party committee, and then promote t CC7’s high-quality development.
