State Administration for Market Regulation issued the new Regulation for Production and Filling licensing of Special Equipment on May 13^th, 2019. It was officially implemented on June 1^st, 2019.  On July 30^th, the Special equipment Office of Engineering Management Department invited experts from Sichuan association of Special equipment Safety Management to carry out two days of Publicizing and Implementation training.
