On October 31st, a special inspection for winter construction safety has been carried out in Russia Lukoil DCU Project.It was led by Gao Liu, the Project Manager, with the participation of Chen Chayou, the Project Safety Director, Chen Jiahui, the Project General Engineer and Project Safety Management Department and other relevant personnel.Safety inspection work shall be executed against protections at the edge, fire-fighting facilities and equipment, construction machineries, cold prevention during winterization work, sudden wind prevention, anti-electric shock, fireand explosion protection and prevention of carbon dioxide poisoning,as well as anti-freeze & anti-slip etc. The corresponding personnel on site were required to rectify immediately regarding non-standard stacking of materials and scaffolding poles or any other safety hazards in the inspection process.Winter construction safety special inspection rectified the construction project safety problems on site and guaranteed the security for the project completely enter into the winter construction.
