The construction management department of Russian Lukoil DCU project organized and carried out a special technical management training on heating wire binding operation at 10:00 on November 23^rd, the Moscow time, to further improving of winter construction concrete curing. The construction management personnel combined with practical problems, explained matters in heating wire binding from aspects of binding materials, binding space, tightness and joint placement. Operators’ representatives had a exchange communication with everyone about the same side binding, cross binding, the appropriate encryption of corner. The operators were deeply understood and mastered the construction technology of heating wire binding through this training.
