The National Chemical Science Technology Conference has been held on 20th December, 2010 in Beijing. Ms. Gu Xiulian, vice chairman of NPC standing committee and Mr. Li Yongwei, president of China Petrochemical Association launched important speeches in the conference and commended enterprises and individuals who have made outstanding contribution in the field of chemical.
