On October 21st, the Engineering Company of CC7 successfully obtained the Class-B Credit Certificate of the Engineering Consulting Unit. This is an important qualification obtained by engineering company since National Development and Reform Commission changed the consulting qualification to credit qualification and cancelled the Class-C consulting qualification.
