On the morning of February 16^th, the "March 31^st Final Sprint" mobilization meeting in the Uzbekistan UNF project kicked off with the national anthem. The mobilization meeting was presided by Li Guangpi, who is the site manager. Leading group, persons in charge of each department, representatives of professional engineers and construction leaders attended the meeting.

The mobilization meeting announced the notice of "March 31^st Final Sprint" activities, the control items of each profession, the goal and task plan and the rewards and punishments rules firstly. Subsequently, the project construction manager, representatives engineers of all professions and the construction team leaders swore an oath as "Resolutely obey the overall plan of the project, ensure the completion of the work assigned by the project, and the smooth mechanical completion of the UNF project on March 31st". The solemn oath further unites the heart and strength of members and inspires everyone to make great strides towards the goal of mechanical completion.
