Linkage commissioning of steam reforming drum and induced draft fan of Yanchang Zhongmei Jingbian energy and chemical industry project built by Yanchang project department has been started at 5 p.m. 6th June; after continuous 24 hour smooth running, drum and induced draft fan has been stopped successfully at 5 p.m. 7th June. The two draught fans related to the ignition of converter and the commissioning of whole methyl alcohol device, therefore the commissioning of draught fan system is project’s symbolic node.
Because two draught fans respectively are turbine drive, oil pipe line drawing was been sent to site at the midmonth of Dec. 2013 and water vapour pipe line drawing was been sent to site at 20th Jan. 2014; so they can’t met construction requirement at time. Project worked overtime to ensure oil wash; and during oil wash, tutelage was been arranged and water vapour was been constructed by turns. Project department organized well, constructed scientifically; each construction team and each specialty cooperated tightly to overcome numerous difficulties and finished the main contractor’s and Owner’s task quality and quantity guaranteed.
