At 10:00 Am on December 12th, local time in Dubai, the site of MAG City project was bright and high-light and colorful flags fluttering. MAG city following key buildings project--the 2nd phase, 3rd phase and 4th phase in Meydan City and MAG Creek Well Being Resort project were signing on site. Dai Hegen, the Party Committee Secretary and Board Chairman of Group Company, and Su Fuqiang, the Party Committee Secretary and Board Chairman of CC7, witnessed the signing of this contract and jointly kicked off and broke ground for project. Mr. Moafsq, the chairman of MAG Eye Real Estate Development, and Han Bing, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Group Company, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches on behalf of both sides, wishing the project a successful completion.

Two projects under contract are MAG city following key buildings project--the 2nd phase, 3rd phase and 4th phase (located on Plot No. DHC2.L.01 on the edge of Dubai
Canal, in Jadaf) and MAG Creek Well Being Resort project, with total contract amount of $760 million. The successful signing of these projects are the fruit of the continuous deepening cooperation between both sides on the basis of cooperation with MAG in the 1st phase project, and also a major breakthrough in the field of "Non-Chemical" by the earnest implementation of the "three-steps" strategy proposed by Director Mr. Dai Hegen for Dubai branch.
